Meals
Delegates are covered for Wednesday dinner, Thursday breakfast and dinner, Friday breakfast and dinner, Saturday breakfast and dinner, and Sunday breakfast. While folks will need to scope out lunch on their own, there are on-site restaurants on the main floor of the hotel, as well as plenty of diverse options on nearby Yonge Street and just a few blocks south of the hotel at the Eaton Centre and Yonge/Dundas Square.
Trade fair
Delegates are encouraged to stop by Mountbatten/Churchill Court (near the registration table and the main conference area) through the duration of the conference to check out tables and presentations from media organizations and industry representatives.
Caucuses
CUP’s special issues caucuses are intended to promote awareness of issues involving marginalized social groups within CUP and are open to anyone who identifies as a member of the special issues group and any others invited by those members. Special issues caucuses will take place during select breakfast and lunch blocks in the Rossetti room (please refer to the schedule for exact times).
